Our newest series the "DRUNKEN" pierogi was introduced in early 2019. We use beer, wine, vodka, tequila and whiskey to create gourmet blended pierogi recipes.

Barbara and Mark Lancaster were in the wine business for almost 50 years combined between the two of them. In 2015 they decided it was time for a change. Because Barbara has been making pierogi since she was a child, it was decided this was going to be their next small business adventure. They bought a pierogi business which had been around for about ten years and set up shop at the Broadway Market in Buffalo. The Lancasters have recently moved their production facility to 12 Howard Street in Silver Creek, NY. Our mission is two fold. First, create the best traditional pierogi you can find anywhere. We take that tradition and push it a little with some specialty products. Once you cook our pierogi and taste the very soft, thin and light dough, you will know you are eating a genuine homemade style pierogi. Next is to be creative and take the pierogi to inventive and new places that no one else has gone. This is why we decided to push forward with our "Drunken" pierogi. Because of our experience in the wine and alcohol business, we decided it would be a fun niche to try. We released our first four varieties in 2019 using beer, wine, vodka and whiskey.
